  • My major resource is Dr. Andrew Weil - books, video, website.  It is somewhat supplemented by a few other resources.  I have cross-checked many of his references and there is convincing research and logic behind his choices.

Healthy Aging

  • A book, website and video by Dr. Weil.  Includes a 12 point program to promote Healthy Aging. A great dvd as Dr. Weil is an accomplished convincing speaker.

Exercise

  • Dietary information on healty eating culled from a variety of sources
