This site require two passwords. The first password you
have already supplied to access the basic site. The second is
required to retrieve patient information. You will be able to see
information concerning your patients only as required by the HIPPA
guidelines. Please maintain reasonable password security to
comply with the guidelines. You will be prompted on a regular
basis to change your password.
